Weekly web meanderings

I know I’m a day late and a dollar short with it being Sunday afternoon and all, but I do plan on making weekend links a while we we’re weary tradition!  Hope you all had a wonderful weekend, what did you do? I spent much too much time in the kitchen making things for the week ahead – I made, beet-root dip, cauliflower energy soup, kale salad, green bean miso dip, raw oat groat cereal, and this spaghetti squash recipe.  Glad it’s a done and in the fridge waiting for me, but wishing it didn’t take up so much of my weekend!
